How does Design Alternatives work?

We are a recruiting company or headhunter if you will.  We talk to local and international companies in an effort to partner with them to fill their employment vacancies.

When we are working on a position, we will ask the candidate to meet with us for a face to face meeting.  Afterwards, your resume will be submitted to out client. 

The client then decides if they want to proceed with calling you in for a face to face interview. 

There may be several layers of interviewing however if chosen, the employer will notify us and your employment will begin as usual.

Is there a fee?

The candidate never pays a fee.  We are always paid by the company that is seeking the employee.

 How long will it take for me to find a position?

It depends on how many vacancies exist for your skill set.  There is no way to estimate how long it may take.

What is the first step?

Send us an updated copy of your resume.  We will compare that with jobs we have on file and also initiate calls to our contacts to see if someone like you
